A. 10-15 minutes is recommended. Most importantly, listen to your body. Take breaks when needed.

A. Yes! You can pour water on the rocks.

Q. Can we bring our phones in?

A. Bring your phone inside at your own risk, I have had success bringing my phone and portable speakers inside by storing it on the floor and near the door where it stays much cooler.
